Property Projection helps you explore what a rental portfolio could look like over time, using your own assumptions about purchases, deposits, mortgages, rental income, Stamp Duty, equity, cash flow and growth.

The aim is to make the relationships between purchase cash, income and equity easier to understand. Calculations run in your browser, and you can save scenarios locally or export them for your own records.
